Our firm offers Public Faith Services to record facts that may have legal consequences between the parties involved; among others: Interpellations, payment demands, destruction of goods, among others.

Valuation

Preparation of appraisals for all types of goods, services, rights, and obligations, with official validity. Issuance of certified copies of the transaction documents.

Arbitration

Resolution of disputes of a commercial nature, using Alternative Dispute Resolution methods, regarding breach of agreements and contracts, in relation to domestic or international matters.

Mediation and Intermediation

The Public Broker may intervene in the exchange of proposals between two or more parties regarding any good or service offered in the national or international public market, also advising interested parties regarding the commercial contract or agreement that may be finalized
